Copycats suck.  Right?  Well, the trend in so many of the blogs like this one is to read other blogs that make money and do what they do.  Well, that isn’t going to work for you if you plan to copy this one.

This blog is about what I taught myself over the years of blogging about affiliates, making money and marketing techniques.  Some of them aren’t that great, but I did learn from my mistakes and this blog is more of an adventure through the blogshpere than anything else.

If you are serious about blogging, there are actually a bunch of steps you should follow.  I do not know most of them, but the ones that I do know, helped me out a great deal.  Online you will find some people that will tell you straight out how they made money and you will also find the ones that do not want everyone to know how they made their money.

Showing your readers some resultsin your testing will gain you more readers, but not really more money, in the short term anyway.  People want to see results.  That is why a 30 minute information commercial is all about the presentation.  You hear the products name every 10 seconds, but you also get to see it take care of a red wine stain, right?

Remember that blogging is still WORK, if you are serious.  If you are not that serious about making a living online, then you shouldn’t consider it WORK.  You have to remember that you will NOT be able to walk into your regular job and expect the day to breeze by because you read how to do your job, right?

Keep it real and don’t give up.  Most blogs make money, the ones that don’t gave up before they are even ONE year old.
